VMLY&R is Hiring an Associate Director, Social Strategy Near Detroit, MI
- Develop and oversee the creation of social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
- Direct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand's strategic decisions
- Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to define and achieve a brand's social marketing goals
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- 6 years of social marketing experience
- Experience managing one or more direct reports
- Advanced understanding of social platforms, audiences and behaviors, and the ability to develop a clear point-of-view based on that knowledge
- Ability to apply knowledge of social media to effectively address a brand's goals and needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills in a wide variety of formats and settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments, teams and individuals
- Experience and interest in auto is a plus!
