We’re looking for a media analyst who can make data and reporting inspiring and useful for our media planners and client partners. As a member of the Analytics & Data Insights group, you will play an important role in discovering, analyzing and presenting findings and reports related to digital media, paid search, paid social and offline media. This role would support senior members of the Analytics & Data Insights team along with client teams to define new measures, metrics and processes to enable tracking, measurement, reporting and analysis across all channels.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with the media teams to develop measurement plans for campaigns
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements
  • Have a deep understanding of digital tracking, including tagging, mobile and social limitations
  • Be Familiar with all media channels including display, mobile, search, TV, etc.
  • Have understanding of digital buying methods: CPV, CPC, CPM, CPCV, CPE, dCPM
  • Work with client internal analytics team to implement custom tracking parameters
  • Display the ability to understand the full working picture of a media plan, not in a silo
  • Develop tracking and reporting requirements
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of online media and measurement experience
  • Highly motivated with a strong record of academic and/ or professional achievement
  • Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of online advertising planning, buying and performance metrics
  • Experience leading qualitative & quantitative research from proposal to presentation
  • Experience with media reporting platform(s) (Doubleclick, Adwords, Social Reporting Platforms, etc.)
  • Understanding and experience with web analytics platform(s) (Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation
