Job Title : Service Delivery Manager - AIA (artificial intelligence analytics )

Responsibilities:

• Taking strategic responsibility for platform support and delivery which include Operations and Sustainment activity for platforms (ETL,BI and orchestration tools)
• Strong communication & leadership skills to engage with the customer and effectively manage the internal onsite and offshore teams
• Ensure Support and delivery services are carried out as per the agreed SLAs and quality standards. Leader major incidents and root cause analysis
• Implement key service improvement in terms of process as well as drive productivity improvements through automation
