Position Title & Overview:

Our Field Service Technician will provide technical support to our existing customers across the United States and abroad. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot, complete on-site installation and training for clients. Additionally, this person will be expected to follow established policies and procedures, but where an existing process or procedure is not in place, build and implement processes that best support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated problem solver with a well-rounded skill set who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

· Client-facing support through email and phone to handle inquiries about VMek from customer.

· Assist with system calibrations and checkouts.

· On-site training for clients.

· On-site installation and system commissioning.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional technical skills for calibrations and installation.

· Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· The ability be organized and stay current on tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
