Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing datasets, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Duties:

• Conduct in-depth business analysis including but not limited to gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, change management, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and business process mapping.
• Assess and analyze datasets for quality, completeness, relevance, trend, and correlation.
• Generate reports highlighting key findings, performance indicators, and actionable insights.
• Apply advanced data mining techniques to extract patterns, correlations, and valuable information from simple and complex datasets. Provide a comprehensive analysis of mined data to support organizational goals.
• Develop and implement predictive models, algorithms, methodologies, and statistical analyses for forecasting and decision support.
• Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective deployment of data science solutions.
• Deliver reports with strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
• Design, configure, and implement workflows using SharePoint Online’s Power Automate and Power Apps to support the Navy Training Process (NTP). Set up and configure SharePoint Online sites based on the business requirements.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Five years or more proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint

- Government SECRET Security Clearance required
