Summary:

In this role, you will manage the execution of the enterprise planning and performance management process. You will establish and drive a company-wide portfolio management process to ensure consistency for prioritizing, monitoring and decision-making of corporate wide initiatives - includes strategy execution, initiative implementation, benefits realization, and governance to provide consistent transparency and visibility of key priorities across the organization.Responsibilities:

• Create and manage an enterprise strategic portfolio that enables Vizient's mandate and strategies.

• Manage the performance of the entire Vizient product and services portfolio, new investments, and leading the capital and resource allocation.

• Build and lead enterprise planning standard, process, and timeline - includes development of key results aligned to strategic objectives.

• Manage communication plans related to the report out of annual and long-term initiative performance, as well as to the implementation of the Enterprise's strategic management process and strategic plan.

• Lead the coordination and implementation of the enterprise's strategic management process.

• Ensure transparency, alignment and clear communication of strategic programs and their resource impacts across the portfolio to key business and technology stakeholders.

• Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies, creating and monitoring systems and metrics for executive accountability.

• Partner with senior leadership to structure and manage the company operating system of annual planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly business reviews.

• Align with operations and finance teams to create and track metrics associated with the strategic plan and critical projects, and to ensure that expected value creation is factored into budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Previous experience with strategic enterprise planning and strategy required.

• Portfolio management experience required, preferably in highly matrix organization.

• Previous experience collaborating with executive leadership.

• Possess excellent writing and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel.
