OverviewPostpartum/Mother-Baby Registered NurseThe 52 private bed Postpartum & Pediatric Unit at VHC Health provides exceptional family centered care to postpartum patients, their newborns and families. A 9-bed pediatric service offers families compassionate and personalized nursing care in a nurturing and family-friendly environment. Our goal is to provide our patients with an outstanding experience by delivering the highest quality individualized care.The registered nurse in the Postpartum & Pediatric unit provides medical and emotional care, thorough education, social support and community resources to meet the needs of our postpartum and pediatric patients. We are looking for an experienced RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our families. New teammates should excel at interpersonal communication, be self-motivated and able to manage a fast-paced environment that requires prioritizing multiple tasks.We offer many opportunities for professional development through our shared governance model and the opportunity for specialized training in related disciplines within our Women & Infant Health division (L&D, NICU, Pediatrics).
