Hospice RN Case Manager On Call (M-Th 5pm-8am)

We are passionate about what we do because our care matters.OverviewWe're looking for a Hospice RN Case Manager On Call (M-Th 5pm-8am) to join our team.You will report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior and will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient.
