Vive Financial is Hiring a National Account Executive Near Fayetteville, AR

Job Description

We are currently hiring a National Account Executive to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! The National Account Executive’s main purpose is to be the primary point of contact for designated National Accounts. Their objective is to promote quality service and program benefits to the merchant via telephone or in person to encourage utilization of our program to finance products and services for their customers. The individual is responsible for maintaining the merchant relationships and developing programs to meet the needs of each merchant they oversee as well as knowledge of all merchant programs, procedures and policies.

This position is eligible for remote work with some days in the office in either our Fayetteville, Arkansas or Draper, Utah locations. Candidate must live within a 60-mile radius of one of these locations.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist assigned merchants in making decisions about their financing programs and recommendations on utilizing financing programs
  • Travel to merchant locations, events, and meetings to build relationships with Vive merchants and potential merchants
  • Contact regularly active, high-volume merchants to encourage the use of our program
  • Be the primary contact with merchants regarding problems with systems, applications, or charge slips
  • Manage support personnel
  • Work with the Marketing team to create email and marketing campaigns to encourage usage and provide training
  • Provide Reports and Presentations to merchants on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis as the company and merchant find appropriate

YOU'LL BRING:

  • A college degree and/or at least 3 years of sales experience
  • 2 years of experience in other internal departments, with a credit card company or banking institution
  • A solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Email and Internet), phone skills and writing skills
  • Leadership Experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
