Purpose and Mission of the company

Through our four locations in Houston, Vivaldi Music Academy strives to provide students a place to discover music and build confidence through performance and musical milestones.
Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant who is personable, detail-oriented, reliable, a creative problem-solver, and an outstanding communicator and team player.

Outcomes and How your Success will be measured:
In this role, your success will be measured by your ability to provide outstanding customer service to our families and students, delight our clients, exceed their expectations, and contribute to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for managing multiple email inboxes, responding to inquiries, scheduling and enrollment, billing and payment processing, event planning, and maintaining relationships with students and families.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a true desire to serve and align with our mission, a dedication to excellence, an eye for detail, fast tech learning, and incredible communication skills. You must be a team player, take initiative, see challenges as opportunities, and be dedicated to improvement. You should also have experience with Google Drive and Apple products.

Vivaldi Music Academy is open 7 days a week. Needed schedules are Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am - 2pm.
Compensation for Part-time hourly Front Desk Manager is $18 per hour.
