We are looking to hire critical behind-the-scene staff to help run our kitchen while we prep cuisine for weddings, parties, and corporate events. 

We are hiring for the Dishwasher/Janitorial Assistant/Groundskeeper position. This critical employee will help our kitchen, building, and grounds to maintain the highest in cleanliness and beauty for our cuisine prep and visiting clients. This position includes flexible hours, full or part time, growth opportunity, and occasional free meals. 

The key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

1. Correctly stacking, sorting, and loading dirty dishes, glasses, and flatware.2. Placing clean glassware from the dish machine onto dollies as well as stocking clean dishware on the cooks’ line.

3. Hanging clean cooking utensils, pot, pans, and baskets on appropriate hooks throughout the kitchen.

4. Maintaining dish room cleanliness and a dry floor at all times.

5. Emptying trash into the dumpster.6. Observing the basic rules of kitchen safety, sanitation and back door safety.

7. Utilizing various cleaning chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets. (MSDS)

8. Housekeeping and window washing.

9. Keeping guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked.

10. Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor grounds.

11. Completing all proper building opening and closing procedures. Get checked out by management before leaving the building.

12. Reporting for scheduled shifts in a timely manner, including possible weekend and evening shifts.

13. Working well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.

14. Standing and/or walking 100% of time and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Education/Vocational Experience

- 1 year of employment in a relative position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated person.
