PT LPN Days Job Description
Location: Mason, OH, 45040
Job Summary:
The PT LPN Days will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a healthcare facility. The LPN will work under the supervision of the Director of Wellness or physician and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing nursing care. The LPN will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Document patient care and progress in medical records
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
