Major Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing engaging programing specifically catered to the needs of residents living with dementia
• Plans and facilitates dementia training
• Provides and/or coordinates support and education for families on dementia/aging/disease process
• Builds vendor and volunteer relationships to enrich engagement
• Supervising caregiving team working in the Memory Care community
• Works closely with Director of Wellness to ensure resident safety and quality of care and reports any concerns
• Collaborates with Culinary Director on special events, themes, meal feedback, snack ideas, and overall dining experience
• Participates in leader on duty rotation

• Point of contact for families

• Reports resident safety concerns to Executive Director and Wellness Director
