Vitality Living Support Office is Hiring a Payroll Coordinator Near Brentwood, TN

Vitality Living is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator join our team and support the timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for all company pay groups, perform subsequent internal and external reporting, and perform related reconciliations with emphasis on benefits.

Details:

  • Location: Hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, TN.
  • Hourly/Non-Exempt ($40,000-$50,000 annually)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process bi-weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with generating payroll reports and analyzing payroll data as needed including payroll audits and reconciliation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with year-end reporting, processing of tax documents and other filings.
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices, identify any discrepancies, and communicate corrections to broker, vendors, and applicable internal resources.
  • Manage Payroll inbox activity by researching and responding to payroll-related inquiries from internal or external customers and redirecting incoming messages to other workstreams as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We'd like to talk if you have:

  • A high school diploma
  • 1-3 years payroll processing experience preferably a multi-site/multi-state environment.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Working knowledge of UKG Pro payroll administration.
  • The ability to manage confidential information with diplomacy, tact, and keen respect for privacy of team member records.
  • Working knowledge of Admina Health.
  • CPP certification preferred but not required
