We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical settings and possess knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling systems, if not we will provide training for those candidates that do not have prior experiance.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Coordinate intake procedures and ensure accurate documentation
- Utilize medical scheduling software
- Handle phone inquiries and manage patient inquiries promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care
