Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Location: Austin TX
Reports to: VP of FP&A and IR
Overview:
The FP&A Analyst will partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders across all major functions of the company and will support business leaders through reporting and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our accounting team during month-end close periods and act as the administrator of our consolidation and reporting software, have the ability to synthesize information and develop data-driven presentations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
•Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
•Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of information
•Participate in the annual budgeting process and assist in variance analysis
•Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
•Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership
•Responsible for the accuracy and functionality of Planning system
•Support Business Intelligence with data validation and accuracy

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
•5 years' experience in finance or accounting
•Proficiency with excel
•Experience with the use of ERP systems and Power BI, Adaptive Planning experience is a plus
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Independent worker with analytical ability to research, process and explain big data sets
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to collaborate in team environment
