Account Executive
Duties:
- As an Account Executive with your local Vital Care Pharmacy, you will call on physicians, nurses, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals in hospital, offices, and clinic settings to facilitate patient discharge and coordinate patient care.
-Interact directly with patients in hospitals or clinics when applicable to provide details of our services and answer their questions.
-Develop and execute tactical plans to grow infusion business. This will include maintenance of existing referral sources, prospecting and cold calling on new potential referral sources.
-You will be held accountable for meeting a defined market infusion revenue budget by servicing and growing both existing business and gaining new market share.
-You will work with your owner to grow specialty infusion therapy business through accurate business projections, goals, specific strategies, and pertinent account information.
-Work closely with clinical pharmacy personnel to ensure the highest level of customer happiness with the goal of delivering the best service possible to patients receiving these critical therapies in their homes.
- You must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners and patients.
-Work closely with Vital Care Sales training team to develop and use routing based on Trella Health data for defined territory.
-You will be expected to log 50 Sales Calls per week in Trella Health CRM to track your work and sales strategies.
-Execute all target sales and marketing plans and strategies with appropriate attention to detail and timely follow-up. Be responsible for achieving targeted sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-Follow and implement Vital Care promotional sales campaigns and target marketing planning to increase market visibility for the brand.
