Our company is looking for a reliable Dispatcher to help meet customer scheduling needs. The Dispatcher will be responsible for keeping up with crew calls and making sure crews arrive on time for clients.The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with drivers to schedule pick-up or for new or established clients when necessary. This person must know or be familiar with the Greenville area as well as surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who has a passion in EMS and for helping others. This person is responsible and must be able to:

-handle high call volume

-speak with different facilities that we work with

-communicate with drivers and EMT’s to make sure there are smooth transitions during patient calls

- read,write, and speak clearly

-using computer systems to track and coordinate with crews

-operates radio, telephone system, and mapping software

-goal oriented and motivated
