The PositionAs we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time nurse practitioners to provide care for the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our nurse practitioner positions can include:

- Collaborate with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
- A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off-hours are required.
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided by Vitae.
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) with an applicable state license
- Must have an active license and DEA #
- Masters degree
