Pinnacle Wound Management is Hiring a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Near Springfield, IL

Pinnacle Wound Management is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our network. Our partnered specialist visit the patient at the nursing home and develop comprehensive plan of care with the nursing staff.

Pinnacle Wound Management is one of the nation’s fastest growing network of highly trained wound care providers. Our wound specialists enjoy a work-life balance. Our specialist round weekly from 7am-4pm. No weekends, No nights, No calls.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Travel to each assigned nursing facility weekly
  • Assess patient and make recommendations on plan of care
  • Work closely with nursing staff and facility administration
  • Utilize facility formulary and follow facility protocols
  • Document patient encounter in our EHR to ensure timely reporting
  • Discuss treatments and goals with PCP and family members
  • Procedures – Debridement’s, I & D’s, Cauterization, NPWT, etc.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted NP License in state of practice
  • DEA
  • Must pass state and federal background checks
  • Basic EHR knowledge
  • Team Player
  • Strong Communication skills
  • 1 year wound care experience
  • Wound Care Certification (preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
