We are looking for an Assistant Executive Director/ RN to join our Mount Horeb & Cross Plains Location!

Job Description:

As the Assistant Executive Director of Operations/ RN, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director with an emphasis on customer care and employee relations and engagement. You will build a team of Care Specialists that report directly to you and prepare them for the responsibilities of the resident’s overall well-being, care, rights and needs on a daily basis. You will work directly with the Care Specialist team and the Executive Director.

This is a full-time position between both of our Dane County Locations!

Qualifications:

· A sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and/or disabled persons.

· Possess skills to communicate effectively with those you may supervise or those to whom you report and with residents and their families.

· Possesses a preferred minimum amount of 1 years’ experience working with the senior population.

· Must pass a criminal background check.

· Has a preferred amount of at least 2 years of management or healthcare related experience.

· Having assumed a managerial role that was responsible for multiple disciplines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Outlook.

· Possessing excellent communication and language skills.

· Must be screened for TB.
