• Ability to use Excel and other Microsoft Officetools to generate reports and conduct data analysis.
• Familiarity with different tools for managingwork, ITSM Tools (Cherwell, ServiceNow, etc), SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to review reports and determine actionsrequired for follow up based on defined processes.
• Ability to work independently with appropriateguidance.
• Ability to follow up with customers to resolveoutstanding issues and escalate as needed.
