We are looking for someone who can multitask and is a self starter. This position would be responsible for helping out in the office with new clients and caregivers as well as current clients and caregiver needs. This position will also focus on the hiring needs of both the Catawba and Asheville locations.

Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively with a small management team, have a proactive approach to problem solving and impeccable computer skills. Primary responsibilities include:

• Cheerfully welcome visitors and employees
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Managing the recruitment process
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

You must be personable, computer literate and a positive team player. Experience in home health care or other agency setting is a plus. If you like to stay busy, are detail oriented with the ability to multitask as well as technologically savvy and a people person, this position is for you.

This position is Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm and Friday from 9am to 2pm.
