Our Visitor Experience team is seeking an enthusiastic customer service advisor to assist visitors in their exploration of the Greater Phoenix destination. Our team aims to meet visitors where they are – via live chat, email, phone calls, or in-person locations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help walk-in guests find information about dining and activities either in downtown Phoenix or across the Greater Phoenix area. Assist with tour and dining reservations. (iPhone & iPad available for staff use)
• Utilize CRM to track, manage, and communicate with guests as well as Visit Phoenix staff
• Answer phone, web, and email guest inquiries as well as follow up with previous inquiries in our system.
• Utilize and stay up to date on knowledge of Downtown Phoenix, the Greater Phoenix area, and the state of Arizona

• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, cooperative and build relationships both internally and externally
• Proficient oral and written communications skills
• Ability to prioritize needs with good attention to details
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing conditions, circumstances, and priorities
• Flexible Schedule and work location (staff scheduled according to convention/event/visitor needs)

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or retail
• Proficient computer skills including MS Windows & MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Able to stand for long periods (4-6 hours)
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
