THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR MAINTENANCE GENERALIST

THE SCHEDULE:

This full-time maintenance technician role works regular business hours.

YOUR ROLE:

We need someone with multifamily experience to tackle a variety of tasks – plumbing, small electrical work, drywall repair, and carpentry. From swapping water heaters to fixing leaking shut-offs, changing ceiling fans, and handling drywall like a pro, we want a versatile handyperson who thrives on diverse challenges.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Plumping, electrical, Drywall, basic handyperson experience
• Driver's license
• Ability to lift and use basic hand tools
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills in identifying maintenance issues
