Vision General Contractors is Hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager Near Daytona Beach, FL

Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Project Manager for General Contractor that works in several states. Work directly with the Director of Construction to run construction projects throughout the US. Some duties will include material procurement, managing subcontracts, permitting, schedules and budget, etc. Looking for a candidate with previous experience in commercial ground up construction project management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to use computer and type efficiently
  • Plan reading skills
  • Soliciting subcontractor proposals for upcoming projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts
  • Develop scopes of work for subcontractors
  • Review and evaluate subcontractors
  • Ability to perform takeoffs
  • Commercial Construction Experience Required
  • Some travel as necessary will be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
