We are seeking a motivated OEM Consumers Sales Manager to join our team!

• Identify potential new customers within the defined OEM consumers market segment and region, qualify and develop them as necessary to achieve new business sales in line with company strategy.
• Pro-actively engage with existing customers within the defined OEM consumers market segments and region in all activities both current and potential, with a view to maximize sales and organic sales growth
• Be the “Face of the company”; lead new development projects by pro-active contact with the prospect or customer, and VPG R&D, Engineering, QA and other associated parties to ensure timely and successful completion of the project. Manage development projects from conception to completion.
• Negotiate contracts, meet with purchasing, procurement and other key decision makers in order to establish firm and profitable customer relationships.
• Analyze and report key sales and project management data and forecast future expectations for the region.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/ engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
• 5 years of experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing, force) to OEMs (Consumers market mandatory)
• Significant experience in sales of technical products
• Strong business/finance background and experience
• Must have extensive experience selling technical solutions to the following OEM segments (e-bike, fitness equipment, home appliance products, etc)

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time.
