Job Title: Experienced Bartender at Visconti’s Italian Restaurant

Location: Wenatchee, WA

Job Type: Full-Time – 5 days per week including weekends as needed.

Wage Range: $16.28 - $18.00/hour plus tips* Depending upon experience.

*tips will vary during each shift

We are seeking a skilled and passionate bartender with a flair for creating classic and innovative cocktails. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and enjoys crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes.

· Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.

· Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations when appropriate.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

· Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the bar is well-stocked.

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

· Participate in ongoing training and development with other team members.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a bartender.

· Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

· Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. Bilingual is a plus.

· Customer-oriented and friendly.

· Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.

· Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school is a plus.

· Must meet the age requirement for handling alcohol.
