Duties:
- Serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn our menu inside and out
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Note: Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
