Job Description
The Director, VAS Channel *Program* Manager will be responsible for driving a scaled and efficient Channel/ Partner sales process and supporting the growth of Value Added Services (VAS) indirect revenue. They will partner closely with NA regional sales, delivery and solutions/ product leads. Major focal points will include direct engagement with large strategic partners during program launch, identifying and executing initiatives to maintain and grow partner portfolio revenue, providing input to the strategic partner identification process, and supporting NA sales and account management teams in the execution of partner programs.
•Support implementation of Partner Programs such as Reseller, Referral, Platform, Sponsorship/Branding and other programs
•Collaborate across teams to gather requirements for each program
•Execute delivery according to program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc..
•Support field enablement for Partner Program elements such as, Incentives, Rules of Engagement, Deal Registration
•Collect and manage feedback from partners and deliver to Channel Program Manager
•Work cross functionally with sales operations, marketing, finance, enablement and technical teams to secure, operationalize and manage all aspects of various programs
•Drive mutual success metrics of the program,
•Manage and measure the results of assigned programs
Locations: Open to any Visa office location, excluding NY and Miami
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8
years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/
MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience working in the channel sales or partnership space.
-Confident speaker with ability to present, interact, and connect with executives
and influencers.
-Natural ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and
concise manner
-Strong personal desire to improve and expand industry-related knowledge
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6 years
of work experience with a PhD
-8 years of experience within the eCommerce or Payments industry
-Experience having revenue accountability for a portfolio of channel partners
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 215,300.00 to 312,300.00 USD per year, which includes potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
