About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Middle Market Finance Operations to play a pivotal role in leading and transforming the financial operations for middle market clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of financial operations and reporting, ensuring the delivery of operational activities with proper SLAs, and fostering extensive interaction with various departments to maintain a cohesive operation. This role also involves providing financial reports, analysis, and insight to both internal and external financial information clients, as well as being a key member of the management team working to transform the operations.Applicants must be dynamic, motivated, and capable of handling complex tasks with a high level of attention to detail. The position requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with a finance or accounting degree. The ideal candidate will be a leader and team player, with experience in running and building out operations, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other significant change management initiatives. Entrepreneurial curiosity, a desire to modernize processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various operational disciplines are also essential.
