Description

Virtucom is seeking an operations administrator. Come join a team of hard workers that are dedicated to our mission of combining the newest technology with education. Virtucom is growing fast in our region as well as the Midwest and Texas. Our install team is one of the faces of the company, and as an operations admin, you would be helping our teams ensure that each installation runs as smoothly as possible. Duties include but are not limited to collecting the necessary information for orders, providing rollout schedules, communicating with customers to schedule order deployment, and closing the orders out. 

Requirements

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Experience with internal tracking systems
• Experience with Google suites (gmail, sheets, docs, etc.) 
• Administrative experience 
• Interest in tech

Pay is based on education, certificates, and experience. 

Hours:

Full-time position. Office hours are 7am-5pm, and you are able to choose the 8 hours in-office that best suits you.
