• Treatment Plan Communication: explain treatment plans and options to patients, ensuring they fully understand the recommended procedures, associated costs, and available payment plans
• Facilitate clear communication: acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to treatment plans and scheduling
• Coordinate appointment schedules for patients
• Process patient payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Other duties as necessary to support the administrative needs of the practice
