Job Summary: The Foreman will have direct responsibility for administrative and technical management of the construction site. This position will oversee self-performance labor. Other responsibilities include ensuring safety for all, monitoring the quality of work performed, and adhering to a schedule. The Foreman will coordinate directly with the Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all workers at the job site

- Review blueprints, plans, and other project related documents

- Attend daily/weekly meetings with superintendent/owner via phone or in person.

- Maintain project schedule and subcontractor coordination for trades on site

- Balance time to keep track of progress of work being performed on the job or project

- Daily reporting of hours, progress reports, and other related documents

- Adhere to and enforce strict safety guidelines

- Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time

- Coordinate and supervise construction crews and vendors

- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy.

- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventory

5 Years Construction experience (REQUIRED)

2 Years of foreman experience (PREFERRED)
