Job Description
The Department of Chemistry at Virginia Tech invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level in organic chemistry with expertise in synthetic methodology, medicinal chemistry, and/or catalysis, with an intended start date of Fall 2024.
Potential candidates must have a Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related field (by appointment start date), establish an internationally recognized research program, be an effective teacher in graduate and undergraduate courses, and have a commitment to developing a culturally diverse educational environment.
