We are currently taking applications for a full time Scheduler for our Home Health Department.
The Home Health Scheduler manages the staff schedule for all home and community-based services programs, coordinates and arranges for staff to visit clients assuring that physicians orders and client requests are met, and produces various reports including unverified services, payroll hours, and monthly visits.
Requires High school diploma and two years of scheduling experience for groups of 50 employees or larger or equivalent combination of education and experience, two years of experience using computerized scheduling programs and providing customer service is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Must have valid Virginia License, proof of vehicle insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
