Position Overview:We’re looking for a Senior Experiential Producer to serve as a brand-driven storyteller and activation specialist to support our evolving Experiential Marketing team. As the Sr. Experiential Producer, you are responsible for enlist thought-leadership, expertise, relationships and intuition, to support the ideation, development, and production of unforgettable, social-first experiential offerings and dynamic tentpole activations that help our brand partners stand apart from the rest. You will lead on all aspects of experiential strategy, planning and programming, through a self-starting nature and dedication to craft, as well as through efficient collaboration with key stakeholders across agency teams including Creative, Production, Client Services and Business Development. You are highly organized, detail oriented, have an acute attention to managing budgets and are effective in leveraging an evolving network of relationships which can support experiential programming. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of experiential marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring all initiatives meet the business goals and objectives of Viral Nation’s brand partners
• Support the creative process of taking out of the box ideas and translating them into high-quality campaign recommendations
• Manage the budget for experiential programs, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and outcomes
• Oversee the end-to-end production of experiential events, activations, and installations, managing logistics, scopes, and vendor relationships
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of the technical, logistical, and creative elements of each event
• Serve as a source of industry-proven inspiration, within cross-functional team of experiential marketing professionals, creatives, and production staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Provide thought-leadership in ensuring KPIs are in place to measure the success and impact of campaigns and events
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in experiential marketing, infusing new ideas into campaign concepts

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 
• 4-6 years of experience producing successful experiential marketing campaigns and events
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into innovative and engaging experiential concepts
• You are a problem solver with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges
• Extensive experience with event programming and production, with a strong network of vendors, suppliers, partners etc
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating teams
• Ability to manage complex event budgets, timelines and schedules
