The position will report to the Executive Producer, Creative. This role is a hybrid role based in NYC that requires 1-2 days per week in the office
Role Overview
We are searching for a talented Senior Post-Producer, Retouching who will lead our team of photo retouchers while also being responsible for project management, quality control, and the delivery of high-quality imagery to our Associate Creative Directors. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the visual representation of our brand in the competitive beauty industry.
Overall Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of experienced photo retouchers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality retouching standards.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the Executive Producer to oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow management, ensuring the successful completion of all projects.
• Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures, conducting comprehensive checks on retouched images to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Associate Creative Directors, photographers, art directors, and graphic designers to ensure final imagery aligns with creative objectives and maintains the brand's high visual standards.
• Project Tracking: Implement project tracking and management systems to meet deadlines, monitor progress, and deliver high-quality results consistently.
• Multitasking: Effectively multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail across multiple projects, even under high-pressure and dynamic conditions.
• Team Management: Manage a Post-Production Team with four or more direct reports, ensuring they are motivated, skilled, and aligned with the brand's creative vision.
• Vendor Management: Experience in hiring and working with retouching vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• DAM System: Work proficiently with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to retrieve, operate within, and deliver finalized assets.
• Workflow Strategy: Collaborate with the Executive Producer to strategize workflow and requirements to meet tight deadlines and ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years advanced experience working in Post-Production within a professional creative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Proven experience managing a Post-Production Team with four or more direct reports.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• In-depth understanding of beauty industry standards, trends, and best practices for both digital and print usage.
• Strong understanding of color correction and manipulation.
• Highly organized self-starter with superior communication, time management, and logistics skills.
• Experience in working with DAM systems and managing digital assets effectively.
• Proven ability to work under stringent deadlines, handle pressure, and adapt to changing situations
• Must be located in NYC and Surrounding Areas. This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Well-qualified individuals seeking to counter a freelance trial will be asked to complete a Test Project.

Salary Range
$115,000-$125,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
