As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, development, and successful execution of our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs, drive business growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Owns Product Management through complete project life cycle from concept, product development, testing, launch, and post–production performance.
• Serve as the main interface between Engineering, Business and Commercial Operations for our product portfolio
• Lead team of individual Product Managers, tying our Product Portfolio into a consolidated vision and OKRs
• Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors progress within expected guidelines to manage to time and budget
• Effectively identify and manages product risk through mitigation planning
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the development stages.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 7-10 years Leadership experience in Product Management 
• Have experience with B2B SaaS products as well as Consumer Apps
• Proven track record of implementing and delivering revenue-driving products to customer 
• Team leader skills and confident in customer relations, excellent communication, leadership, team building and people management skills
• Expertise in software development lifecycle, roadmapping, and prioritization
• Knowledge of architecture, data pipelines, front end technologies, and API optimization
• A blend of management, technical, creative, business, and marketing skills
• Sense of responsibility, business intellect and entrepreneurial initiative
• Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
