We are currently seeking an outstanding Manager with strong operational skills to support our exceptional Ocean front property in Newport, Oregon. The ideal candidate has experience in operating small boutique luxury properties, is a proven hands on operator, and has strong guest and team relationship skills. You must be comfortable leading/working in all areas of operations.

This is a very hands on, team-based position, ideal for individuals who are adept at multi-tasking and those who prefer a dynamic work environment. General requirements are for an energetic, self-motivated person with warm & welcoming demeanor and well organized work habits. Reliability and flexibility are key attributes for success in this position. It is essential to have the ability to remain attentive to and meet the needs of the guests and support fellow team members while consistently performing the regularly scheduled operational duties.

Duties will include guest check-in and check-out, and guest services. You will be answering phones, taking reservations, and providing concierge services. The Operations Manager will also assist housekeepers as needed with daily tasks such as cleaning rooms, laundry and keeping common areas clean and organized. As well as the assisting with breakfast, Cafe and Barista operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of Boutique Hotel
• Required to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
