About this role

The cosmetic injector is an in person, full time role who will work closely with the Owners, Medical Director and Spa Manager and will provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. The role will report to the Medical Director with day-to-day reporting and management by the Spa Manager under Medical Director advisement. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, dermaroller, mesotherapy, lip enhancement, buttocks enhancement, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, skin rejuvenation with lasers, radiofrequency and microneedling, etc.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver an exceptional Guest experience and maintain high Member satisfaction.
• Offer friendly and professional consultations, obtaining history, chief complaints, performing exams and obtaining appropriate photography before and after treatments
• Educate patients to choose treatment plans with recommended services and products
• Create treatment plans for each injectable consultation or appointment
• Build a practice to develop and maintain Member retention by creating a business plan with the Spa Manager to increase injectable and med spa services including use of social media, marketing campaigns and events
• Maintain a timely schedule to treat Members both effectively and efficiently
• Provide pre and post treatment instructions including follow-up calls and answering questions as needed
• Provide direct Member care by performing injectable treatments using neurotoxins, dermal fillers and threads ensuring safety and comfort of the Members
• Provide accurate charting and clinician documentation for each Member and with each session
• Report treatment results to the supervising physician including any adverse reactions and ensure correct protocol for reporting adverse reactions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws and health codes
• Remain knowledgeable about various med spa services, laser and skincare
• Keep abreast of trends in the spa and wellness industry, including new treatments, products, and customer preferences
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets the highest standards.
• Ensure that the spa complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, including loyalty programs
• Data entry for loyalty programs as needed
• Meet or exceed productivity goals individually and as a group, while serving the Member at the highest level by collaborating with the Spa Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
• Attend staff meeting and trainings as scheduled
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to maintain inventory of supplies and products to avoid shortages
• Data entry for loyalty programs
• Performs other duties and tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited nursing or physician assistant program
• Current licensure in the state of Washington in good standing
• Ability to maintain licensing during employment
• Minimum two to three years' experience as a cosmetic injector with experience with multiple products including but not limited to Allergan, Merz, and Galderma products required
• Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
• Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment
• plans
• Previous aesthetic sales experience
• Brand enthusiast participating in social media, social events to develop and grow our brand and development of the Med Spa
• Knowledge and experience in preventative and integrated wellness practices, products and trends such as BHRT, IV hydration and peptides is nice to have
• Openness to grow and learn additional skills in the beauty, health, and wellness space
• Demonstrated self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to be adaptive and flexible, embracing change while remaining highly organized
• Impeccable time and self-management skills
• Analytics and problem-solving skills; Highly collaborative and flexible
• Relationship oriented, exceptional interpersonal skills with a team mindset for success
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Understands exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPE
• Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including an evaluation of candidate’s skills, experience, and market demands.

Salary is just one component of the total package. All regular employees are also eligible for our spa’s bonus program or a sales incentive. Our benefits and perks include, but are not limited to:
