Vinylux is an independent design and manufacturing company located in Germantown. Our products are created from upcycled vinyl records and are sold to retail stores, promotional products agencies, advertising clients, and are available to purchase direct-to-consumer.

We are seeking a motivated full-time administrative and customer service assistant. Tasks include conveying order details to our production staff, creating invoices, processing payments, communicating with customers, retrieving orders from our online stores, UPS / FedEx / USPS shipping, collecting sales leads, and so much more…!

Candidates must be very organized, detail oriented, have great communication skills, good typing ability, and be ready to multi-task. Previous customer service experience is required. Candidate must have a confident and clear speaking voice for phone communication with customers.

This is a good position for recent graduates in the business, advertising, and marketing sectors, as there is opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the company and gain experience serving advertising and music industry clients with projects of all sizes!

General knowledge and skill with computer databases is required. Familiarity with the following software is a plus: Quickbooks, Google Suite, Excel, Shopify, & Airtable.
