The Communications Associate - Entry Level will be a Gather Data, in order to assess the status of the company’s public image in our NJ office, Communications Assistants will need to regularly collect and assess data and analytics across a variety of digital platforms.

Salary $31.50 - $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Help implement communications strategies
• Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams
• Draft and edit communications copy (e.g. press releases, publications, social media posts)
• Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
• Update databases and media lists
• Track projects and media exposure

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Advertising, Communications, or related field is preferred.

• Proven experience working as an Advertising Sales Representative.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
