Vineyards Country Club is Hiring a Food Runner Near Naples, FL
- Delivers food from kitchen to dining area tables in a timely, accurate manner.
- Assists servers with table clearing and side work.
- Communicates between kitchen and servers regarding the status of each table and delivery of food.
- When possible, assists chef and executes any and all tasks as assigned.
- Completes all side work as outlined in food & beverage manual.
- Maintains a clean, orderly appearance of the restaurant service area and follows all proper sanitation guidelines
- Exhibits strong food knowledge: Knows menu descriptions, and can identify dishes
- Be able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Be responsible, dependable and punctual.
- Have strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read and understand English.
- Have clean and professional appearance.
- Be able to carry full service tray steadily & comfortably.
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
