**Purpose of Role**
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Representative to join the team to support the Helpdesk working weekends.
**Job Description**
The role will be to deal with incoming calls relating to emergency repairs from our clients within the Education, Healthcare and Government Sectors.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer customer calls around faults / queries and emergency repairs
* Maintain a prompt, efficient and reliable service level to all customers as outlined within the agreed service level agreements.
* Ensure that quality checks on completed work are carried out on a regular basis
* Provide assistance to other departments with administration and other work that may be useful.
* Entering data and processing documentation accurately and in accordance with company procedures
**Essential Qualifications/Skills**
* Previous experience of working within a customer service / help desk role
* Strong customer service skills
* Good telephone manner
* Good IT skills
* Attention to detail
* Use of Maximo (Advantageous)
