Our Technology - Entertainment Specialist will provide the day-to-day maintenance, upkeep, and inspection of our technology and entertainment products across our portfolio. This includes everything from TVs, movie theatres, and gaming systems, to Golf simulators, Bowling alleys, and arcade games. You will also provide day-to-day support to our team, guests, and bosses, as it relates to Wi-Fi, Smart home technology, and more. This position will perform post-departure inspection of equipment and testing, minor to moderate maintenance will be performed as needed, and/or reporting major concerns for contractor support. This position is primarily back-of-house, but guest and team-member interaction will occur. A guest-minded and hospitable demeanor is required.
