Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Hospitality Training & Development Manager to ensure that we continue to provide our guests the level of service they appreciate in their accommodations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of hospitality staff. They will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences, while also demonstrating proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and refining programs to align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
