We have positions available in the Bistro and Deli department.

Shifts may vary and open availability is preferred. Nights, evenings, weekends a must.

Qualifications:

• Must 18 years old
• Experience with knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety
• Detail oriented w/ exceptional communication skills
• Ability to follow company recipes and standards, communicate and direct to associates

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in the bistro, deli, and dairy sections, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate POS systems and cash registers to process customer transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle food with care, following food safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas.
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation tasks, ensuring efficiency and safety in the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to create a positive dining experience.
- Uphold cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Utilize sales and upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase revenue.
- Assist with bussing tables, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to overall kitchen operations.
- Apply basic math skills for tasks such as calculating change and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold food industry standards and adhere to food safety regulations.
