** Parts Sales Counter Representative - Village Pointe Toyota**

**Job Type: Full-Time (Commission-Based) **

Village Pointe Toyota, a reputable and customer-focused automotive dealership, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Counter Representative. This is an exciting commission-based opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced team focused automotive environment.

**Responsibilities: **

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right automotive parts for their vehicles.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders efficiently.

- Answer phone calls, Emails, and walk-up customers with all their parts needs.

- Front Counter and Back Counter Parts sales.

- Collaborate with the parts department team to ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

- Help deliver parts to our Wholesale Body Shops are the Omaha and surrounding areas if needed.

- Inventory control, Shipping and receiving, and other duties as required.

**Requirements: **

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

**Compensation: **

Pay will be based on experience, and will include a team commission structure.

**Work Schedule: **

Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Sundays and Mondays off with overtime as required.
