**Job Summary:**
Full time maintenance for a 291 lot Class B manufactured home community located in Ft. Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Must have prior experience in either a mobile home park or apartment complex setting.
- Must have experience and knowledge regarding all aspects of grounds maintenance including water and sewer line breaks, electrical issues, snow plowing and lawn maintenance.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Experience with refurbishment & carpentry work is required.
- This position is key to the success of the community and requires a strong leader with a reliable and trustworthy work ethic and organizational skills.
- Must know how to operate landscape maintenance equipment such as a commercial zero turn mower and other related equipment.
- Must know how to use a snowplow and tailgate salter.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: plumbing, electrical, utility line breaks, carpentry and landscape maintenance.
- Working with vendors to obtain competitive bids is also required.
- Must have a good personality and possess excellent customer service skills so as to maintain positive resident relations in the community.
